What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is 1 pc for sample items and 500 pcs for bulk orders.
Can I put my custom design logo on the items?
Sure, we can print your logo on our designs or any items using Heat transfer stamping, Silicon printing, Rubber printing, Embroidery, or Sewing. Please provide your logo in a vector AI file.
Do you provide OEM and ODM services?
Yes, we provide full OEM and ODM services, including free product design, packaging design, and QC services.
What is your sample policy?
We charge an appropriate fee for new customers. However, the sample fee can be refunded if the order amount exceeds $2,000 or accumulates to $3,000. Existing samples may be provided for free under specific transaction conditions.
What is the expected delivery time?
Normally, 3-5 work days for items in stock, 15-25 days for adding logos to stock items, and 25-35 days for fully customized items (size, color, material).
