What's your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is 1 pc for sample items and 500 pcs for bulk orders.
Can I put my design logo on the items?
Sure, we can print your logo on our designs or any items using heat transfer stamping, silicon printing, rubber printing, embroidery, or woven labels. Please provide the logo in a vector AI file.
Do you provide OEM and ODM services?
Yes, we provide both OEM and ODM services. We also offer free product design, packaging design, and QC services.
What is your delivery time?
Depending on the quantity and shipping method: 3-5 work days for stock items, 15-25 days for adding logos to stock items, and 25-35 days for fully customized items.
What are your payment terms?
Our payment terms include T/T, PayPal, Western Union, and Credit Card.
