Walking sticks are usually composed by support pole, with or without base, with handle, and rubber tip. The support pole is usually made of steel, stainless steel, aluminium alloy, magnesium alloy, or carbon fiber. The handle can be plastic, metalized or wooden. Tripod cane and quad cane are usually with base which is usually made from steel, aluminium alloy, plastic, rubber or others. The leg end wears non-slip rubber tips.
