Why does the robot have no response when turned on?
Check for low battery voltage and recharge or replace them. Ensure batteries are installed with correct polarity (+/-) and verify the wiring on the battery holder.
The robot moves backward when I command it to move forward. How to fix?
The motor wiring is likely connected in reverse. Simply swap the motor connection ports to correct the direction.
How do I restore the factory settings?
Connect the robot to your PC via USB, open the software, and select "Restore Firmware". Choose "Factory Firmware" to resume original settings or "Mobile Firmware" for App control.
Why can't the robot move when connected only via USB?
USB power only supports the mainboard chips and sensors. To drive high-power components like DC motors or servos, you must connect the battery pack and turn on the power switch.
The Line-following sensor isn't working correctly. What should I do?
Ensure the sensor is 1-2cm from the map. Avoid using it under strong direct light, as IR interference can occur. Also, ensure the map is made of non-reflective material.
